Tuburan:When habits collide

I was always amazed by those people who likes to travel.  They lots of stories to tell a lot of people to meet and there is always something new to learn about life and everything.

This trip was with a purpose a good college professor of ours asked as to conduct a simple survey to the mountainous municipality of Tuburan. Well, with any doubts my restless feet surely shouted YES as this again another chance to explore and discover new things in life.

The Municipality was named after the cebuano word "Tubod" which means spring of water. As the demographic and the physical  appearance of the place would tell you.

We were appointed to conduct a survey for the up and coming 2010 election in the Municaplity. It was 3-day field filled with fun and exhausting interviews with the locals.

There are many ways to get there two possibles options are riding a bus from the North Bus Terminal via Sogod and the 2nd option is V-hire in Ayala that would pass the trans-central highway going to Balamaban and Tuburan.

The coastal part of this town. Even though the sand is not that white and smooth as from the other places the crystal clear water would really entice you take a plunge.

The Chill out sessions..... One of the distinct features of the country side are the Water buffaloes basking on their own private Jacuzzi.

One for the road! After long hours talking need some refreshments, what could be better
than the ever famous "TUBA" to quench my thirst.
Me and my good old partner Sads....(It is gonna be a long walk mate)
One two three..... Say "URINE" during our interview with one of the Locals.

Here are the other cast......

After the long three days of fun and thrill.... It never really a bad to have a post....
